Shipping Policy

Most US orders ship the same business day; at latest by the next business day.

To make sure your package reaches you without a hitch and within our specified delivery time frames, please ensure that your address is entered accurately, including all necessary details. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States. Continental U.S. orders: free shipping where applicable under our normal continental U.S. rules. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: flat $249 per order (no free shipping). We do not ship internationally, including Canada, Europe, Asia, or other countries.

Free shipping is available for qualifying products and is identified on the product listing page. Carrier: FedEx/UPS. Handling: Same day (most) / next business day. Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days for continental U.S. addresses.

Note: Important Information

US orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same afternoon. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.
